UTS Tourism Impacts study

Many thanks to everyone who completed the UTS/University of Queensland survey regarding the impacts of tourism on local communities. Winners of the $500 Woolworth/Safeway gift cards are:

Survey Competition terms and conditions

1. The promoter of this survey competition is Jetty Research Pty Ltd, Suite 5.02, Innovation Centre, Coffs Harbour Education Campus, Hogbin Drive Coffs Harbour, NSW, 2450.
2. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these conditions of entry.
3. Entry is only open to Australian residents who are eligible by way of completing an appropriate Jetty Research survey.
4. Employees of Jetty Research and survey sponsor/s, and their immediate families, are ineligible to enter our promotions.
5. Competition draws will take place at Jetty Research, Suite 5.02, Innovation Centre, Coffs Harbour Education Campus, Hogbin Drive Coffs Harbour, NSW, seven days after the last survey has been completed. Winners will be notified by telephone and mail and their names will be posted on the Jetty research website. The judges' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
6. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable for cash.
7. Unless specified otherwise, only one entry shall be accepted per respondent. Multiple entries may render the respondent ineligible to receive the prize/s.
8. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury which is suffered or sustained, as a result of taking any of the prizes, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
9. Entrants' personal contact information may be disclosed to State and Territory lottery departments and winners' names published as required under the relevant lottery legislation. All personal contact details of the entrants will be stored at the office of the Promoter. As per the relevant Privacy Legislation, a request to access, update or correct any information should be directed to that office.
